We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist (BCS) to join our team of Microsoft experts working on complex projects that incorporate cutting-edge technology. Reporting to the Director of development and innovation, the BCS is responsible for coordinating the evolution of technological solutions and supervising the programming of various elements, functional unit tests and associated technical documentation while following the relevant development framework. The BCS will also be in charge of installing operating systems and ensuring they function properly.


o Technological monitoring in Business Continuity and disaster recovery after an incident;
o Technological monitoring in Application Development Lifecycle Management;
o Validate the good functionning of systems;
o Testing applications robustness;
o Analysing and documenting clients’ needs;
o Implementation of new procedures to improve the quality of deliverables;
o Analysing and documenting test cases;
o Analysing and preparing the proper documentation with recovery plans after incident;
o Performing quality control of application various elements and preparing documentation before delivering to the client;
o Taking charge of clients’ demand with technical support including coordination with different stakeholders.


Academic Education
o Bachelor in Computer Science OR College degree diploma + 5 years of equivalent experience;

o Minimum 4 years in analysis and/or quality control related to mission critical applications;
o Application Lifecycle Management and Technology monitoring in application development;
o Minimum of 2 years with Team Foundation Server Test Management;
o Excellent knowledge and understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with Visual Studio and DEVOPS principles;
o Analysing and documenting test cases;
o Microsoft MCSD Certification: Application Lifecyle Management, an asset;
o SCRUM master Certification, an asset;
